If you love animals and would like to help them, there are many ways to accomplish this. They are:

1. Volunteer at your local animal shelter or rescue. 
2. Adopt 
3. Foster
4. Helping with fundraisers and events
5. Share shelter animal profiles on social media to give them more exposure.
6. Donate food, toys, cleaning products to the shelter

I started volunteering in the cattery where I cleaned the cages, fed the cats and socialized with them. It was rewarding to see their true personalities come out. Rewarding when they were adopted. For some time, I was in the dogs kitchen where I washed and sanitized anything that came near a shelter pet.
